AJINOMOTO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION's HEAD OFFICE PASSES CIP AUDIT
Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation's Head Office passed its QMS external audit and was recommended for certification by Certification International Philippines last March 2010.
The QMS scope was all head office processes, mostly resource management processes and including the management of production done by toll manufacturers in several plants, most of whom were already certified to QMS.
With the visible commitment of top management at all stages of the QMS and the direction of the President, everyone in the head office was involved in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of their QMS. And as a result, the certifying body, Certification International Philippines recommended the head office for certification after the stage 2 audit resulted in zero nonconformities and about twenty (20) opportunities for improvement.
Currently, the company is looking into the continual improvement of the established QMS as a support to the attainment of its business goals.
