QMR Training Series 5
QMR Training Series is the 5th in a series of annual update training for QMRs, Lead Auditors, Auditors, Executives and Managers and all QMS users who are interested in QMS improvements.
This year's course focused on current global good practices for the purpose of improving QMS, alignment with business goals and ensuring that the QMS considers changes in the business environment.
Major topics include Risk Management in QMS (the current top topic suggested for inclusion in the 2015 major revision of the ISO 9001), Auditing issues in process-based QMS, the use of tools like process turtle diagrams and process spider diagrams in managing processes, in auditing them, in measuring their effectiveness, and in improving processes with measurable results, introduction to performance-based auditing, and data analysis applications for improved performance.
The QMR Training Series 5 Manila run just concluded last July 28-29. QMRs and Executives from various industries attended the said event.
