Trinity University of Asia’s first step towards Total Quality Management: Establishment of ISO 9001:2008
Formerly known as Trinity College of Quezon City, the 45-year old academic institution strengthens its commitment to quality service through the establishment of their Quality Management System (QMS) certifiable to ISO 9001:2008.
Led by its President, Dr. Josefina S. Sumaya, and the adept support of the entire management, faculties and employees of the University, QMS establishment started December 2008 with the help of academic expert consultants of ROSEHALL. The management team intends to establish and implement a Quality Management System that will improve the university’s effectiveness and give it a competitive edge in meeting total customer satisfaction.
ISO 9001-certification is part of the University’s long-term goal, which is to achieve Total Quality Management system.
This activity shows how the TUA Family continuously strives to deliver its commitment in providing excellent and quality Christian education to the Filipino and other Asian youth!
