APPLICATIONS OF PROCESS TURTLE DIAGRAM
The Process Turtle Diagram which saw popular usage in the automotive industry QMS has seen application in other industries.
The tool enhances conformity to the requirements of 4.1 General Requirements (QMS) using a simple presentation of the resource requirements, the monitoring and measurement, the criteria and methods for ensuring the effectiveness of process operation and control, etc.
