COURSE OBJECTIVES

This seminar workshop course is intended to introduce participants to effective competence management and people development. The course covers:

  • Determining and defining competency requirements of the organization arising from its objectives and the processes to attain them;
  • Assessing competency gaps of personnel performing these processes,
  • Developing and conducting the training programs using various approaches to fill the gaps
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of these training interventions through defined relevant and effective measures for them, and continually evaluating and improving these training interventions.

This particularly applies to organizations that relies on technical competence and operational excellence in the conduct of their jobs.
