COURSE DESCRIPTION

This one – day course enables the participants to understand the concept of quality culture and its critical role in achieving organizational strategic direction, quality objectives, stakeholder confidence, and sustainable performance. In alignment with the emerging ISO 9001:2026 requirements, the course highlights the responsibility of leadership in promoting a culture that supports quality excellence, ethical behavior, accountability, and continual improvement.
