𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. is proud to share that Senior Consultant, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 “𝐀𝐰𝐞” 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐚, was invited by the Philippine Red Cross to be a guest speaker at the Blood Summit 2026, themed “𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞-𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.”

The summit was held from 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝟕, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas Center, Quezon City. This event brought together people who work with blood banks, medical professionals, and other technical experts from all over the country. They talked about ways to make blood services safer, sustainable, and more innovative.

On 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟕, Mr. Arboleda delivered a 30-minute presentation titled “𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐐𝐌𝐒 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞).” His talk explained how 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 (𝐐𝐌𝐒) strengthen operational controls, enhance compliance with standards and regulations, manage organizational risks, and drive continuous improvement in healthcare and blood service operations.

Drawing on practical experience and real-life examples, he emphasized how structured processes help organizations deliver 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬—a critical requirement in healthcare settings where effective systems directly support life-saving work.
